Returns
As a small business with limited stock and high order volume, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. We truly appreciate your understanding and support!

Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to help. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 5 days so we can resolve any issues. Reach out to us at myshinydot@gmail.com

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
