This is a monthly mail subscription for people who enjoy journaling, collage, and simple creative projects. Each month, you’ll receive a small set of handmade items designed and packed by me.
What will I receive?
Items may include stickers, postcards, mini prints, or similar paper goods. The contents change every month.
What plans are available?

Standard Plan
Includes the regular monthly mail with a mix of handmade items. -
Elite Plan
Includes everything in the Standard Plan, plus extra items such as additional stickers, a mini print, and more!
When will my order ship?
Orders are packed and shipped in batches throughout the third week of each month (excluding weekends and holidays). Depending on the number of subscriptions and orders, it can take up to 2 weeks for all mail to be shipped.
How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, delivery may take up to 4 weeks, especially for international orders.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If you have not received your mail after 4 weeks from the shipping date, please email me at myshinydot@gmail.com or myshinydotmailclub@gmail.com
Is tracking included?
No. All mail is sent via standard U.S. postage and does not include tracking.
How do I cancel or update my subscription?
You can cancel, pause, or update your subscription at any time through the subscription management portal. Just log in using the same email you used to subscribe.
If you need to update your address, please do it directly through the subscription management portal. Please note that updating your address in your general account profile will not update your subscription shipping address.
How to do it correctly: Log in to the customer portal, then go to “Subscription Management.” Next, select your current subscription and click “View Details.” From there, click the pencil icon next to the shipping address to update your address.

Please be aware: shipping within the U.S. is free. If you see a shipping charge at checkout, don’t worry, you will not be charged, as a discount is automatically applied at the end of the payment process.
If you update your address, you may see a message saying you will be charged $5.75 on your next bill. Please note this is only a system message and will not be applied.
What if I subscribe at the end of the month?
You will still receive that month’s mail. You always receive the mail for the month you signed up in.
What if my address is incorrect?
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. Orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses cannot be replaced.
What happens if my payment fails?
If you are subscribed and your monthly payment fails, the system will automatically try to charge your payment method up to 5 times.
If all 5 attempts are unsuccessful, your subscription will be automatically canceled.
